Most people think of Magery¸a as the place of Nordkapp and the midnight sun.

Less people know, that Knivskjelodden lies farther north than Nordkapp.

You now have the possibility of seeing Nordkapp to the south.

Park at N71° 07.317 E025° 42.456

and follow the approx. 8 km long route marked with red T’s to the point of Knivskjelodden.

It’s recommendable to bring spare clothing, since the weather can change very quickly.

Also do remember setting up your GPS to save your Track Log.

Unlike Nordkapp you don’t have to pay entrance fees and the area is free of mass-tourism and souvernirshops.

Kam kapeiku ekonomēšana, kam izvairīšanās no tūristu bariem, dodoties 4 dienu pārgajienā pa akmeņu tuksnesi. Nordkapp protams apskatīs, bet tas nav ceļojuma pamatmērķis.
